DarkMode Devs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company, operates The Intelligent Trader web application (the "Service") at theintelligenttrader.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

a. Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. This information is used for authentication and to identify your account within the Service.

b. Trading Data

You voluntarily enter trading data into the Service, including but not limited to: options and futures trades, premarket analyses, trading rules, trade notes, and trade context information (confidence, mood, market condition, volatility). This data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your authenticated user account.

c. AI Coach Data

When you use the AI Coach feature, your trade data and premarket analyses are sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) for analysis. The AI-generated analyses are stored in your account. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

d. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. Stripe manages your payment information in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

e. Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as page views, session duration, and device type. This data helps us improve the Service and is not linked to your trading data.

f. Support Inquiries

When you submit a support form, your name, email, and message are sent to us via Formspree. Formspree's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, secured by Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules that restrict access to your own data. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings, which immediately and permanently deletes all your data from our database, including trades, premarket analyses, trading rules, AI analyses, and subscription records. This action is irreversible.

The Service uses cookies and local storage for authentication session management and to persist UI preferences (such as accordion states). Google Analytics may set cookies to collect anonymized usage data. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
